In my mind, there is no moral dilemma whatsoever. If they use children as a shield, the children will die along with them.
A sickening choice for an honorable man to have to make, but the enemy obviously only look at their children as a means to an end anyway. They either use them as shields, or encourage them to grow up and strap explosives to themselves.
They do not cherish their children, they use them as weapons.
Israel and the US are the last two countries standing against these lunatics. There is no point in being any softer than the enemy anymore, not even for the sake of these precious children.
Kauffman received his B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Rhetoric. He also received his J.D. Degree and is a practicing attorney. The Talmud says that this world is an upside-down world. Only in such a world could the IDF be accussed of war crimes.
